no. 1. find my comfort food, it provides me some positive emotions. (milk tea) how about you? whats your comfort food ? :) some people loves chocolate(sweets) as their comfort food others are soups and etc. but you know your limitations!! :) some comfort foods has a high calories hahaha. take it easy mostly when you are stressed or sad, you know what i mean.
no. 2. if its not my problem. i don't care. if its my problem, i don't care either. haha joke. if i have a problem, i just want to talk privately and seriously to a friend or sister because they always gives me a relief. it is very hard for me to hide emotions that's why its better to cry or seek for an advice and maybe someone to lean on, after that it feels like you can breath easily and what a joy.
no. 3. music. music. music. ~la la la BUT!! when i want to be happy seriously, i am not listening in a song with a sad or negative lyrics even if that lyrics doesn't have much and even if the tune was quite good. i don't care. kidding! my preferred songs are meditation songs, electro songs (for me its my clubbin' music) and love songs with positive messages.
no. 4. go to a PARK! or garden. it is a wonderful feeling to see some flowers, trees, birds, laying in the grass, fresh air, everything in nature or god's creation mostly the green landscape. it gives me a peace of mind and time to grow. why do i say so? because there, i am giving my self a time to think, to explore and etc. while i am at peace.
no. 5. just do anything i like that makes me happy. blog or go with my friends or family and have some bonding's. play with my pet. or play any kind of sports. pray. live life to the fullest. hug some best friend, sister or lover haha. tell them you love them. if you want to sing or dance for you to be happy, do it! if you want to shout or cry, just do it! do anything that makes you happy within your control.
i know, my steps for me to be happy isn't that effective because it may only brings you a joy for short period of time. but generally speaking, the best way to be a more happy person is by making life simple. life is simple than making it so complicated. in every problems there are solutions. always go with the flow. you deserve to be happy. grab the opportunities. just think positive before you said what if, reach your dream. share and help others. listen to others first. know their side. think first before you act, less talk less mistake. be contented. explore. if you don't need it, don't waste. if you start it, finish it and finish it well. motivate yourself. seize the day. refresh, relax and exercise. don't just focus on social networking sites. have some leisure time even if it is nap time. know when to stop and when to fight. know what should you do to lessen your stress, change the topic if it is negative, don't focus on negative news and issues, don't give so much attention to a pessimist but if he/she is important to you, confront them when their wrong. don't just focus on fame, work, money, material things and etc. be true to yourself and to others. stand up. be confident and prove yourself. forgive. move on with the past. don't care about it. don't focus about it, just focus on improving yourself. you know the right from wrong! you are mature enough. it is much better to turn a wrong to right. than turning a right from wrong. life is short, its never too late to be happy. be happy and be glad for them.
